Kyiv, Ukraine: Ukrainians are sheltering in emergency heating tents in Kyiv after Russian strikes damaged critical infrastructure, leaving homes without power, heat and water. Authorities say about 400 people a day are using heating points in the Desnyansky district to warm up, charge devices and receive food. President Volodymyr Zelensky says the situation remains difficult nationwide after repeated Russian attacks, with repair crews working around the clock to restore services.
