LONDON: British TV personality and singer Kelly Osbourne, 40, took to her Instagram on Monday to share a personal moment of solace following the recent loss of her father, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne.

Revealing that spending time with birds brings her a sense of peace amid ongoing grief, Kelly posted a photo of herself smiling with an owl perched gently on her arm.

In the caption, she reflected on the healing presence of animals during a time marked by “lifelong grief and sadness.”

Ozzy Osbourne passed away from a heart attack on July 22, 2025, at the age of 76. His death has deeply affected fans around the world and left an irreplaceable void in Kelly’s life.

Kelly also added a caption over her post that read, “In all my sadness and grief, I have found something that truly makes me happy!”

“I never thought I would find my smile again through falconry, but I did. I absolutely love being with the birds!” The Papa Don’t Preach songstress added,

Another slide featured a video of Kelly standing in an open field, gazing affectionately at the owl perched on her gloved hand.

Moments later, the owl took flight, prompting Kelly to playfully chase after it with her arm outstretched. Just seconds later, the bird returned, gracefully landing back on her hand.

“You are great,” she chimed.

Notably, the post comes just days after Kelly — known for her song “Everything’s Alright” — shared an emotional message about grieving the sudden loss of her father, Ozzy Osbourne, the iconic lead vocalist of the legendary heavy metal band Black Sabbath.
