TASHKENT: Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar held a significant meeting with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, during the 16th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
