KARACHI: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Wednesday apprehended an alleged terrorist from Gulistan-e-Johar area of in Karachi.
“A terrorist of the outlawed organization was arrested during an operation in Gulistan-e-Johar. Weapons and ammunition have also been recovered from the possession of terrorist Nasir Abbas”, a CTD spokesperson said in a statement.
He said the accused has confessed to some criminal acts including the firing at the mosque in Karachi, a local TV reported.
