KATHMANDU, Nepal: A Saudi relief plane operated by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) has arrived in Nepal carrying a range of humanitarian supplies.

The aid was dispatched upon the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Thursday.

A specialised team from KSrelief will coordinate with relevant local authorities to distribute the aid among people affected by the recent floods in Nepal, which caused significant loss of life and property damage.
