ISLAMABAD: Widespread thundershower is expected in Pakistan’s Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Potohar region over the next 12 hours.
According to the Metrological Department, Isolated heavy falls may also occur during the period.

Islamabad and Peshawar are twenty-eight degrees centigrade, Lahore is thirty, Karachi twenty-nine, Quetta twenty-five, Gilgit twenty-two, Murree seventeen, and Muzaffarabad twenty-seven degrees centigrade, according to Radio Pakistan.
According to the weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and thunderstorm is expected in Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramula while partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and wind with thundershower in Srinagar and cloudy weather with chances of rain wind and thundershower (with isolated heavy falls) is expected in Jammu.

Srinagar, Pulwama, and Shopian are twenty degrees centigrade, Jammu is twenty-six, Leh is eleven, Anantnag and Baramula are nineteen degrees centigrade.
The National Emergency Operation Centre of NDMA has issued alerts for widespread rain and thunderstorms expected to affect major parts of the country over the next 12 to 24 hours.

NDMA has urged provincial disaster management authorities, district administrations, and line departments to stay alert, ensure preemptive measures, and activate contingency plans to minimize potential damage. The public is advised to avoid unnecessary travel during intense weather, stay away from electric poles and weak infrastructure.
