SANAA: The overnight air strikes conducted by the United States and Britain, Yemen’s Houthi remain defiant, asserting their commitment to continue targeting Israel-linked ships in the Red Sea. Mohammed Abdulsalam, the spokesman for the Houthi, addressed the situation on X (formerly Twitter), emphasizing that the aggression against Yemen lacked justification.
“We affirm that there is absolutely no justification for this aggression against Yemen, as there was no threat to international navigation in the Red and Arabian Seas,” Abdulsalam declared. He further asserted that the targeting was and will persist in affecting Israeli ships or those en route to the ports of occupied Palestine.

International observers closely monitor the situation, with concerns regarding the potential impact on maritime traffic in the crucial Red Sea region. As the geopolitical landscape evolves, continued communication from all involved parties will be essential to understanding and addressing the complexities of the situation.
