ISLAMABAD: A leaked document from the office of Afghan Taliban supreme leader Sheikh Haibatullah contains an explicit directive for the transfer of weapons and ammunition to Fitna Al Hindustan (Indian proxies in Balochistan).
The order required coordination between Taliban departments in Kandahar and a Baloch refugee coordination body for the movement of the arms to Pakistan.
According to the document, the Kandahar Regional Zone Baitul Mal Department, in coordination with Kandahar Provincial Intelligence, was directed to transfer and hand over the weapons to Fitna Al Hindustan through coordination with the Baloch Refugee Coordination Committee.
The document lists seven Kalashnikov rifles, two rocket-propelled grenade launchers, and one Russian or European rifle among the weapons to be transferred.
It also specifies 20,000 rounds of Kalashnikov ammunition and 25,000 rounds of other ammunition, bringing the total listed in the directive to 45,000 rounds.
The directive calls for confidentiality during transportation, according to the document.
The document specifically refers to the transfer as being carried out under the order of Sheikh Haibatullah, and identifies Taliban administrative and intelligence departments in Kandahar as participants in the process.
The involvement of the Kandahar Baitul Mal Department and provincial intelligence, along with the Baloch Refugee Coordination Committee, indicated that the transfer described in the document was structured through multiple entities rather than presented as a single movement of weapons.
Pakistan has long been complaining, with evidence, that the Taliban regime allows terrorist groups, including Fitna Al Khawarij and Fitna Al Hindustan, to operate from Afghan territory. Now the leaked document goes beyond mere allowance and sympathy to the extent of supplying arms and ammunition.
Islamabad has already exposed the nexus of India and the Afghan Taliban, backing and facilitating anti-Pakistan terrorist groups that have taken refuge in Afghanistan ever since being routed out of Pakistan. These groups receive support from Afghanistan and India, Pakistan has told almost every bilateral as well as multilateral partner.
Pakistan has used the term Fitna Al Hindustan for terrorist groups attacking Balochistan after receiving support from the Indo-Afghan nexus.

Pakistan security forces have carried out repeated operations against members of the group in Balochistan. In August, Pakistani security forces said they killed five Fitna Al Hindustan terrorists in Panjgur and recovered weapons and ammunition from them.
The newly leaked directive vindicates Pakistan’s account, providing a detailed, evidence-based account of a weapons transfer involving Taliban administrative and intelligence structures in Kandahar and an organisation identified in the document as the Baloch Refugee Coordination Committee.
