LAHORE: Pakistan Super League’s 11th edition has outperformed the previous edition on digital platforms, amassing over 3.37 billion impressions during its first 22 matches played between March 26 and April 13, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced on Thursday.

Record-breaking digital growth

According to the Pakistan Cricket Board, the opening 22 matches of the ongoing eight-team tournament produced 1.1 billion views, over 2.03 billion minutes of watch time, and more than 3.37 billion impressions derived from nine categories of live content, namely reels, clips, highlights, extended highlights, posts, shorts, and other material distributed across various digital platforms.

These figures reflect a substantial increase in the tournament’s digital popularity, overtaking the previous benchmarks established by the historic 10th edition. That edition had recorded 2.87 billion impressions, 1.3 billion minutes of watch time, and 1.4 billion views from a combination of live streaming and non-live content.
