ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Saturday said that the party will unveil its election manifesto on January 27.

During an interview with a private news channel, Senator Irfan Siddiqui clarified that the manifesto goes beyond being a mere display of slogans; rather, it serves as a detailed roadmap for fulfilling promises that benefit the people.

Senator Siddiqui highlighted the strenuous effort involved in preparing the document, noting that it took two months to articulate the proposals.

36 Expert Committees Contribute to PML-N’s Election Manifesto

The manifesto was meticulously formulated by 36 separate expert committees, primarily focusing on the well-being and development of the people.

The delay in presenting the manifesto was attributed to the extensive work carried out by these experts to refine and compile it.

The creation of subcommittees had the primary objective of encouraging a diverse range of party leaders to contribute their insights and recommendations. Senator Irfan Siddiqui underscored that their approach is not to provide a nominal manifesto but to present a substantive and actionable document.

He revealed that the commitments in the manifesto include efforts to eradicate poverty, reduce the prices of essential commodities, and enhance living standards. Additionally, a broad roadmap addressing solutions to economic challenges will be outlined.

The party’s priority remains focused on addressing the issues faced by the people, reflecting their commitment to effective governance.
