ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has praised officials and officers of security forces for the successful counter-terrorism operations at three different places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to a PM House statement on Monday, Shehbaz Sharif paid rich tribute to police constable Abrar Hussain from Swabi who was martyred in Mohmand while fighting against the terrorists of Fitna-ul-Khawarij. He prayed for him and the bereaved family.
He said the joint operation of the security forces proved that the terrorists cannot escape from the security forces and men who are determined to defend the homeland.
PM Shehbaz Sharif said the nation stands with the security forces until the menace of terrorism is completely eliminated from the country.
Pakistan’s security forces neutralized five terrorists in three separate operations in the northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated in a press release on Monday.
According to ISPR, on July 28 and 29, a total of five terrorists were sent to hell by the Security Forces in three separate operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
However, during an intense fire exchange, Police Constable Abrar Hussain (resident of Swabi district) of KP Police, having fought gallantly, embraced martyrdom, ISPR stated.
“Pakistan’s Security Forces stand shoulder to shoulder with other law enforcement agencies to ensure peace and stability across Pakistan and such sacrifices of our brave men further strengthen our resolve,” ISPR resolved.
