RIYADH: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has welcomed the humanitarian ceasefire deal in the Gaza Strip, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Wednesday.

According to the SPA, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia lauded Egyptian, Qatari, and American efforts for this purpose, reiterating the call for a comprehensive cessation of military operations, the protection of civilian population and provision of relief and help to them, and the release of prisoners and hostages.
