Pak Security Forces Kill Two Terrorists in North Waziristan

RAWALPINDI: Pakistani security forces killed two terrorists in North Waziristan District in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, said media wing of the military on Monday.

 

On 26 February 23, a fire exchange took place between terrorists and the Pakistani troops in general area Spinwam, North Waziristan District. Pakistani troops effectively engaged the location of the terrorists. “Resultantly, two terrorists got Killed, while two other terrorists were apprehended,” said the ISPR further.

 

It said ammunition and weapons were also recovered from the terrorists who had been actively involved in terrorist activities against the security forces and killing of the innocent citizens. However, the ISPR added, during intense exchange of fire, Sepoy lmran Ullah (25), resident of District Bajaur, and Sepoy Afzal Khan (21), a resident of District Upper Dir, having fought gallantly, embraced Shahadat.

Sanitization in the area was being carried out to eliminate any terrorists found there. Pakistan Army is determined to eliminate the menace of terrorism and such sacrifices of our brave soldiers further strengthen our resolve, said the ISPR.
