KSA marks 2nd Founding Day with festivities across the country
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is marking its second Founding Day with national celebrations and a four-day weekend.
The Founding Day was declared a national holiday in Saudi Arabia last year after the issuance of a royal decree by King Salman to mark the occasion. The day commemorates the country’s founding in 1727 by Imam Mohammed Bin Saud and its deep historical roots.
