ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan warned on Monday that his party would launch the Jail Bharo movement if polls were not held within ninety days.

In a video message, he said that not announcing the election dates violates the Constitution. The constitution clearly stated that elections should be held in ninety days.
His statement comes as Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab await elections following the dissolution of assemblies in January.
Gearing up his supporters and workers for his new campaign to pressurize the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) government in the center, the former prime minister urged them to register themselves with the party’s district presidents, so it would be helpful to launch the movement in cities country-wide.
