PNCA Stages Drama to Highlight Indian Oppression in Held Kashmir

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan National Council of the Arts staged a drama and Kashmir song late Sunday highlighting the Kashmir issue through the arts as part of the Kashmir Solidarity Day.

Stage Play “Jahan Chand Utarta Hay” and Musical performances included Drama artists Aslam Mughal, Saeed Anwar, Afzal Latifi, and others, while Kashmiri singers Raja Imran, Bano Rehmat, and Mubashara Hafeez performed.

PNCA organized a 2-day event to mark Kashmir Solidarity Day, in collaboration with the Ministry of Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan,

It included special prayers for the Kashmiri martyrs, the victory of the freedom struggle, and solidarity with the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

PNCA organizes events in solidarity with Kashmiris

Students from twin cities Islamabad and Rawalpindi, civil society representatives, and Kashmiri leaders participated well, while more than 300 students from fifteen schools participated in competitions.

The participants carried the banners and flags of Pakistan and Kashmir while the children held placards highlighting the Indian aggression in IIOJK.

The students also highlighted Kashmiri culture and the Indian aggression against innocent Kashmiris.
