ISLAMABAD: Indian-sponsored, banned Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) terrorist group’s propaganda accounts are circulating a video of ex-FC soldier Sepoy Hamayun Farooq, falsely portraying his case as evidence of mass resignations from the Pakistan Army and FC, whereas he was dismissed from service on disciplinary grounds in 2021 and is now seeking reinstatement.
Fitna-al-Hindustan propaganda accounts are deliberately misrepresenting the case of ex-FC soldier Sepoy Hamayun Farooq to manufacture false propaganda of mass resignations within the Pakistan Army and FC.
Hamayun Farooq was dismissed from FC service on disciplinary grounds on 20 September 2021; he is not a serving soldier who recently resigned, security sources said.
Farooq’s current efforts to seek reinstatement are being deliberately presented as a resignation, exposing the basic factual contradiction at the heart of the propaganda campaign.
His reinstatement is subject to established institutional procedures and takes time, with discipline and service standards remaining a top priority, security sources said.
Propaganda claims that 130 FC personnel refused duty and 2,000 soldiers resigned between January and August 2026 are outright lies, deliberately circulated by hostile propaganda networks.
The episode exposes Indian linked propaganda tactics that distort individual cases and fabricate figures amid mounting terrorist losses and relentless security operations dismantling terrorist networks in Balochistan.
