ISLAMABAD: The National Highway Authority (NHA) along with Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) diligently managed the situation, that arose after northern districts of Balochistan received heavy snowfall on Sunday.
District administration staff members, including personnel of PDMA and NHA, with the help of machinery the snow off the roads.
Traffic flowing on roads despite heavy snowfall
The necessary procedures to clear the snow were being implemented at Muslim Bagh, Kan Mehtarzai, Khojak Top, Ziarat Mor, and Luck Pass while traffic on the roads was flowing unhindered.
To deal with any emergency situation PDMA rescue centers were set up on all roads from Quetta to Zhob, Quetta to Loralai, Quetta to Ziarat, Quetta to Chaman, and Quetta to Karachi.
