One agreement with Türkiye’s Agricultural Technologies Cluster and Pakistan’s Agricultural Research Council establishes a framework for cooperation in agricultural research, innovation, and technology sharing. Focus areas include advanced livestock breeding, smart farming techniques, climate-resilient agriculture, food processing, value addition, and skill-building through technical exchanges.
A separate agreement with the Green Corporate Livestock Initiative in Pakistan and Türkiye’s Agricultural Technologies Cluster aims to modernise corporate livestock farming, promote the use of advanced technologies, implement sustainable production systems, and develop export-oriented production chains to boost productivity and market access.
The agreements were signed in the presence of Pakistan’s Special Investment Facilitation Council coordinator, the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Industries, Türkiye’s Ambassador to Pakistan, senior officials from the Ministry of National Food Security and Research, and representatives of the involved institutions. The partnerships highlight efforts to improve institutional coordination, strengthen cross-border collaboration, and create a business-friendly environment.
