LONDON: Olivia Attwood, the ITV presenter and former Love Island star, has separated from her husband, footballer Bradley Dack, after two years of marriage, The Sun and Daily Mail reported, citing sources.

The split reportedly follows a “breach of trust” on Dack’s part, leaving Attwood “heartbroken,” according to friends close to the couple.

The pair married in 2023 after a decade-long, on-and-off relationship.

They had reunited in 2018 following Attwood’s 2017 appearance on Love Island and became engaged the following year.

Their wedding, costing an estimated £200,000, was featured in a special ITV documentary, Olivia Marries Her Match.

Breaches, busy schedules, and moving homes

Sources, cited by The Sun, described recent months as a particularly difficult period for the couple.

Attwood admitted in a 2025 TV appearance that she and Dack were living “like passing ships in the night” due to busy work schedules.

The couple had also sold their £1 million Cheshire home at the end of 2025 and moved full-time to London, a change Attwood described as “emotionally difficult” given their attachment to the property.

Friends said the separation was never planned, but recent events forced a breaking point.

“Olivia and Bradley are taking time apart due to a breach in trust on Bradley’s side,” an insider told The Sun.

“Separating has never been an option up until now. Olivia is heartbroken. Their lives and families are deeply intertwined, which makes this split even more devastating.”

Social media reflections

Attwood has been candid with fans about the pressures on their marriage.

In an Instagram Q&A, she noted, “Marriage is frikinnn hard (no one wants to say that part out loud) and I’m just not a faker… We are doing our thing and if there are any more updates you will be the first to know.”

She previously reflected on her decision to join Love Island as partly motivated by Dack’s earlier infidelity.

The couple appeared together at the premiere of Attwood’s ITV show Getting Filthy Rich just days before news of the split broke.

Meanwhile, Dack was reportedly on the pitch for League Two side Gillingham, helping his team to a 3-0 win at Harrogate, highlighting the clash between their public and private lives.

Relationship strains

Both Attwood and Dack maintain demanding careers. Attwood hosts multiple ITV shows including Bad Boyfriends and Getting Filthy Rich, while Dack’s football commitments require travel and intensive training.

The couple’s schedules, combined with previous strains during the summer of 2025, reportedly compounded tensions.

Attwood acknowledged challenges publicly, noting in interviews and podcasts that marriage and long-term relationships require constant adjustment as individuals evolve.

Representatives for both Attwood and Dack declined to comment on the separation. Sources reiterated that friends and family are aware of the situation, but the couple will not be speaking publicly.

Attwood has since been on holiday in Hamburg, Germany, with her family. She shared glimpses of the trip on Instagram, describing the city as “beautiful” but “so f***ing cold.”

The relationship has been closely followed by media and fans for over a decade.

Attwood and Dack first met prior to her 2017 reality TV debut, experienced multiple breakups and reconciliations, and maintained a highly publicised romance.

Past controversies, including Attwood’s Ibiza trip with friend Pete Wicks in 2025, were openly discussed by Attwood as testing periods for their marriage.
