USEFP’s Impact on US-Pakistan Relations

Founded in 1950 as a binational commission, USEFP has been a cornerstone of mutual understanding through educational and cultural exchanges between the two countries.

As one of the 49 Fulbright Commissions worldwide, USEFP has facilitated the participation of over 9,000 Pakistanis and nearly 1,000 Americans in academic and cultural exchange programs.

These exchanges have enriched the academic and cultural ties between the U.S. and Pakistan and empowered countless individuals to realise their potential.
