LOS ANGELES: The 31-year-old American comedian and actor is expecting his first child with girlfriend Elsie Hewitt, a model and influencer.
According to PEOPLE magazine, they are “so excited about becoming parents” and are fully embracing this new phase of life together.
“Pete and Elsie are doing great,” an insider shared with the magazine. “Pete’s been preparing in every way he can, from helping get the nursery ready to making sure Elsie feels supported every step of the way. It’s clear how much he’s looking forward to fatherhood.”
The Saturday Night Live star is said to be “really embracing” this next chapter. “He talks about how this is the most meaningful chapter of his life yet,” the source added.
Hewitt, 29, is also enjoying the experience of pregnancy, which has reportedly strengthened their bond. “Elsie is glowing and loving this stage of pregnancy, and it’s brought the two of them even closer,” said the source. “They’re savoring the little moments—from picking out baby clothes to planning what life will look like once the baby arrives.”
“They can’t wait to welcome their child and start this next chapter together as a family,” the insider continued.
Davidson and Hewitt made their relationship public on Instagram in March 2025 and later appeared together on the red carpet in May. On July 16, Hewitt confirmed her pregnancy by sharing a carousel of photos on Instagram, including a sonogram image.
