MINA: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has praised Saudi Arabia for the excellent organisation of this year’s Hajj season.
During a phone call with Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz he commended the Kingdom’s successful measures to ensure the safety and security of pilgrims, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Friday.
The Crown Prince and the Turkish president also exchanged greetings on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha.
Around 1.5 million pilgrims from around the world performed Waqoof-e-Arafah, the Rukn-e-Azam of Hajj, at Mount Arafat on Thursday.
