KYIV, Ukraine: A drone strike in Ukraine’s southern Odesa region caused injuries to 11 people, including three children, emergency services said early on Thursday.
In a Facebook post, the services stated that the attack resulted in the ignition of a car and an industrial site, with 11 buildings sustaining damage. Five individuals were admitted to the hospital for treatment. The location of the attack within the region was not specified.
Video shared on the emergency services Facebook page depicted rescue teams climbing ladders to the top floors of buildings and clearing debris on the ground.
Odesa region governor Oleh Kiper had previously mentioned that a man had succumbed to injuries sustained in an attack the day before.
