ISLAMABAD: A six-member investigation team of Saudi Arabia on Tuesday reached Islamabad to probe into the murder of diplomate Hassan al-Qahtani.
The investigation team met with Federal Minister for Interior Affairs Rana Sanaullah Khan in Islamabad.
The Saudi Arabia team consulted on investigating the murder of the Saudi diplomat in Karachi.
The team will visit Karachi on Wednesday and meet the Joint Investigation Team (JIT), probing the 2011 murder case.
Saudi diplomate Hassan al-Qahtani was killed by four attackers riding on two motorbikes in Karachi’s Defence Phase VI on May 16, 2011.
