ISLAMABAD: A minor earthquake jolted Islamabad and its surrounding areas on Tuesday.
The tremor measured 5.3 on the Richter scale and was at a depth of 10 kilometres, according to seismological sources.
The epicenter of the earthquake was in southern Iran.
