ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Tourism has continued its intensive inspection tours of hospitality facilities across Madinah in conjunction with the 1446 AH Hajj season.

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), these efforts are part of a broader inspection and awareness campaign carried out in cooperation with relevant government agencies to ensure the quality of services provided to pilgrims who have completed their Hajj rituals.

Between Dhu Al-Qi’dah 1 and Dhu Al-Hijjah 12, 1446 AH, the ministry’s inspection teams in Madinah carried out 1,852 inspection visits and 260 awareness visits.

These efforts detected 379 violations, which were promptly addressed and resolved.

High service standards

The most notable observations were related to cleanliness and maintenance standards, reservation procedures, and the overall quality of services provided to pilgrims.

The ministry will continue its inspection and awareness tours in the coming days to maintain high service standards.
