PARIS: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah has received a phone call from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Colombia, Alvaro Leyva Duran, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Saturday.

According to the SPA, during the conversation, the two sides discussed the recent developments in the Gaza Strip and its surroundings, and the impact on civilian population. They addressed the significance of the world taking responsibility for a complete cessation of military actions, the SPA added.

The two sides also tackled the necessity of returning to the path of a comprehensive and just peace for the Palestinian cause, in a way that ensures world peace and security, the SPA maintained.
The SPA further said that they touched upon bilateral ties and means to enhance and develop them in various sector.
