Saudi FM Arrives in Ankara to Co-Chair Saudi-Turkish Coordination Council Meeting

ANKARA: Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah arrived in Ankara on Wednesday to co-chair the third meeting of the Saudi-Turkish Coordination Council.

He is also scheduled to meet with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan during the visit, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

The meeting is being held as part of efforts to enhance cooperation between the two countries across a range of sectors, with the aim of advancing shared interests and ensuring continued coordination on regional and international issues.

Relations between Saudi Arabia and Türkiye have evolved significantly, with both countries working to strengthen political, economic, and defence cooperation.

In recent years, ties have further improved with high-level visits and agreements aimed at boosting trade and investment.
