RIYADH: The Saudi aid agency has distributed 220 shelter kits and 143 tents in displacement camps in Yemen’s Marib Governorate.
The initiative of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) has benefited 852 individuals, as part of the fifth phase of the emergency shelter plan project in Yemen, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Wednesday.
This programme falls within the broader humanitarian and relief efforts carried out by Saudi Arabia through KSrelief, aimed at easing the suffering of vulnerable and affected populations around the world.
The programme reflects the Kingdom’s ongoing commitment to providing urgent assistance in times of crisis, including food aid, medical support, and shelter for displaced communities.
It also underscores efforts to strengthen international humanitarian cooperation and ensure the timely delivery of aid to those most in need.
