GAZA CITY: As part of the humanitarian efforts undertaken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people, the central kitchen of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed 24,500 hot meals to the most vulnerable groups in the central and southern Gaza Strip yesterday, benefiting 24,500 individuals.
The assistance, provided under the Saudi campaign to support the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and as part of the Kingdom’s humanitarian response through KSrelief, the assistance aims to meet the basic needs of affected families and strengthen their resilience in the face of the current circumstances, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
KSrelief distributed 75 tents and 75 shelter kits to families in Shabwah Governorate of Yemen, benefiting 449 individuals as part of the fifth phase of the Emergency Shelter Project in Yemen.
The aid reflects Saudi Arabia’s ongoing humanitarian and relief efforts, carried out through KSrelief, to ease the suffering of those in need and provide essential assistance during emergencies and disasters, according to SPA.
KSrelief on Wednesday distributed 805 food baskets in Nigeria. The assistance benefited 4,830 individuals from 805 families as part of the 2026 Food Aid Distribution Project for displaced people affected by the crisis in Nigeria, according to SPA.
This comes within the framework of Saudi Arabia’s humanitarian and relief projects, carried out through KSrelief, to assist vulnerable and affected people in various parts of the world.
