Russian Ambassador to the US Anatoly Antonov on Wednesday accused Washington of prolonging the conflict in Ukraine and fomenting World War III by supplying Ukraine with weapons, according to a TASS report.

“Amid the unprecedented funding allocated to purchase arms for the Kyiv regime, the poorest African, Latin American and Asian countries remain unaddressed. There are places on the planet where people are starving to death.”
“Meanwhile, the United States considers it a more relevant task to prolong the bloodshed and incite a third world war due to the de facto participation of the West in the conflict,” he added.
