KARACHI: Pakistan captain Fatima Sana has won the toss and elected to bat first against Zimbabwe in the first T20I of the three-match series at the National Bank Stadium on Tuesday.

The two sides enter the fixture with vastly different momentum. Zimbabwe are currently on a 10-match losing streak in T20Is, while Pakistan have secured two victories in their last five completed matches. Pakistan’s most recent T20I assignment was an away series against South Africa in February, which they lost 2-1.
