The tri-series will be played in a triple round-robin format, with each team featuring in six league matches. The top two sides will qualify for the final on October 16.
Teams to Arrive in Faisalabad
Sri Lanka’s U19 squad will arrive in Pakistan on September 28, followed by Bangladesh a day later. Both visiting teams will train at Iqbal Stadium on September 29, 30 and October 1 alongside the hosts.
Pakistan will hold a pre-series training camp in Faisalabad from September 16 to 27.
The tournament will mark the first international women’s cricket event at Iqbal Stadium, which recently returned to the international calendar after a 17-year gap when it hosted a three-match ODI series between Pakistan and South Africa men.
The tri-series is expected to provide valuable match practice to all three teams ahead of the ACC Women’s U19 Asia Cup and ICC Women’s U19 World Cup.
