He further clarified that immigration authorities will issue visas on arrival once delegates land in the country. The move is designed to remove logistical hurdles and enable swift access for diplomats, officials and other stakeholders expected to participate in the high-level discussions.
Officials say the decision reflects Pakistan’s commitment to hosting an inclusive, well-attended and smoothly managed diplomatic event at a time of heightened international focus on the dialogue.
By relaxing entry requirements, authorities aim to encourage maximum participation and reinforce the country’s image as a proactive facilitator of global engagement.
The Islamabad Talks are expected to draw representatives from multiple countries, with discussions anticipated to centre on critical regional and international issues.
