Ingredients:

Oil 1/2 cup
Beef mince 1 kg
Onion (sliced) 2 cups
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Tomato (sliced) 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Kachnar 1/2 kg
Ginger (julienne) for garnishing
Green coriander (chopped) for garnishing
Instructions:
- Firstly, in a pot heat oil and add beef mince. Then cook until it changes colour. Add onion, ginger garlic paste and cook for two minutes.
- Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder and cook for 4-5 mins.
- Next, add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get soft. Add water cover and cook until the beef is fully done.
- Now add yogurt and cook until the oil separates. Add kachnar and cook until it is fully cooked.
- Dish it and garnish it with ginger, and green coriander, and serve. Your Keema Kachnar is ready.
