Kachnar Keema Recipe

ISLAMABAD: Make the delicious and nutritious Kachnar Keema for your family. The Keema Kachnar will make your appetite full.

 Ingredients:

Ingredients Keema Kachnar

Oil 1/2 cup

Beef mince 1 kg

Onion (sliced) 2 cups

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Salt 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Tomato (sliced) 1 cup

Water 1 cup

Yogurt 1 cup

Kachnar 1/2 kg

Ginger (julienne) for garnishing

Green coriander (chopped) for garnishing

Instructions:

  1. Firstly, in a pot heat oil and add beef mince. Then cook until it changes colour. Add onion, ginger garlic paste and cook for two minutes.
  2. Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder and cook for 4-5 mins.
  3. Next, add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get soft. Add water cover and cook until the beef is fully done.
  4. Now add yogurt and cook until the oil separates. Add kachnar and cook until it is fully cooked.
  5. Dish it and garnish it with ginger, and green coriander, and serve. Your Keema Kachnar is ready.
