ISLAMABAD: Iran’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Reza Amiri Moghadam, has acknowledged and appreciated Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts aimed at easing rising tensions in the region, particularly in the context of what he described as “US-Israeli aggression” against Iran.

The ambassador’s remarks come at a time of heightened geopolitical strain, where concerns over escalation continue to dominate regional discourse.
Moghadam indicated that while he values Pakistan’s initiative, he intends to elaborate further on the matter through a series of detailed posts. His comments suggest that Iran is closely engaging with developments and may present its perspective more comprehensively in the coming days.
Pakistan’s diplomatic posture has increasingly focused on de-escalation and dialogue, positioning itself as a potential mediator amid complex international tensions. Analysts view such acknowledgment from Tehran as a positive signal, reflecting mutual trust and ongoing communication between the two neighboring countries.
The situation remains fluid, with regional and global stakeholders monitoring developments closely.
Pakistan’s outreach, coupled with Iran’s public response, underscores the importance of diplomatic channels in addressing conflicts that carry far-reaching implications for peace and security.
