Opting to bat first after winning the toss, Pakistan posted an imposing total of 223 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.
Opening batters Muneeba Ali (22 off 17) and Ayesha Zafar (45 off 28) provided a solid start, putting on 58 runs for the first wicket. Saira Jabeen then played a crucial anchor role, remaining unbeaten on 50 off 32 balls.

However, it was captain Fatima Sana who stole the show, walking in at number five and unleashing a breathtaking assault on the Zimbabwean bowlers.
Her 62 not out came off only 19 deliveries, including 10 boundaries and 2 sixes, pushing Pakistan’s run rate to an explosive 11.15 per over. Iram Javed also contributed a useful 29 off 20 before falling in the 16th over.
For Zimbabwe, Lindokuhle Mabhero was the pick of the bowlers, claiming 2 wickets for 36 runs, while Beloved Biza took 1 for 35.
