ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan has asked the world to take result-oriented steps towards resolving the Jammu and Kashmir dispute. He has urged the world to continue raising the Kashmir issue on all global forums to ensure implementation of UN resolutions on issue of Kashmir.
The people of Kashmir deserve the help of world powers to get rid of illegal Indian occupation, the former Prime Minister said. The UN needs to play its role to ensure execution of its resolutions on Kashmir issue according to which the Kashmiris have the right of plebiscite, he said.
He lauded that the Pakistan is continuing its diplomatic, political, and moral support to Kashmir cause and Kashmiris great respect for Pakistani nation as well.
Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan said the real face of New Delhi, especially the fascist and extremist BJP regime, has been exposed and needs to be countered otherwise stability and peace will be at stake in the entire region. “The right to self-determination is a fundamental right of the Kashmiri people,” he said.
