Speaking to E! News on the red carpet, Homer Gere revealed that the two had no prior relationship before being cast together.
“It’s really funny,” said Gere, whose previous acting credits include a role in “Euphoria.” “We hadn’t met before shooting. Two weeks before, we met at a bar with all the other cast and we became friends.”
When asked by AP News if she knew Homer prior to filming because of their parents’ connection, Gerber responded with playful humour: “What connection?”
