Apple Launches Official Flagship Store on DarazMall in Pakistan

Partnership with authorised distributor GNext brings genuine Apple products, official warranties and exclusive launch offers to Pakistani customers

KARACHI: Apple has launched its official Flagship Store on DarazMall in Pakistan, marking a significant boost for the country’s growing digital economy and e-commerce sector as demand for premium technology products continues to rise.

The launch, in partnership with GNext, Apple’s authorised distributor in Pakistan, gives customers direct access to genuine Apple products through an official online channel, backed by manufacturer warranties, distributor support and after-sales services.

The launch was marked by a signing ceremony at Daraz’s headquarters in Karachi, attended by senior representatives of Daraz and GNext.

According to a statement issued by Daraz on Thursday, the new Apple Flagship Store combines Daraz’s nationwide e-commerce platform and customer service infrastructure with GNext’s authorised Apple distribution network to provide Pakistani consumers with a trusted destination for purchasing Apple products online.

The company said the initiative is aimed at addressing key customer concerns in the premium electronics segment, including product authenticity, transparent pricing, warranty coverage and reliable after-sales service.

As part of the launch, customers purchasing eligible Apple products will receive a complimentary 20-watt charger, while buyers of the iPhone 17 series will benefit from free shipping and next-day delivery.

The store will also offer an extended warranty package that includes one year of official Apple warranty and an additional year of distributor-backed warranty through GNext.

Daraz said customers can also take advantage of a best-price guarantee, discounts of up to 14% on selected products and 0% instalment plans on eligible purchases.

The company described the launch as a step towards creating a more trusted online marketplace where Pakistani consumers can purchase leading global brands with confidence.

The launch reflects the growing importance of Pakistan’s digital economy and e-commerce sector, as global technology brands increasingly seek to strengthen their presence in the country’s expanding online retail market.

Industry observers say partnerships between international brands and local e-commerce platforms can help boost consumer confidence, encourage formal retail channels and support the broader growth of Pakistan’s digital commerce ecosystem.
