IRVINE, California: American singer Olivia Rodrigo has shown solidarity with the Palestinian people by wearing a handmade dress featuring traditional tatreez embroidery at her Daisy Chain Fields festival in California.
The Grammy-winning artist wore a custom pale pink mini dress by Palestinian fashion label Nöl Collective during a press presentation ahead of the women-led festival at Great Park in Irvine, California, according to Khaleej Times.

The handmade piece featured intricately embroidered birds and interconnected daisy chains, a poetic nod to the festival’s name and its themes of community and femininity. Nöl Collective, founded by Palestinian-American designer Yasmeen Mjalli and based in Ramallah, collaborates with family-run sewing workshops, artisan studios, and women’s cooperatives across Palestine. The label places traditional craftsmanship, including tatreez embroidery, handweaving, and natural dyeing, at the heart of its work, preserving centuries-old techniques while creating contemporary fashion.
