RIYADH: The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman have congratulated the Pakistani nation on the occasion of Independence Day.
In a message on Monday, King Salman wished President Alvi good health and happiness and the government and people of Pakistan steady progress and prosperity.

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, in his message, also greeted the government and Pakistani nation and expressed best wishes for the progress and prosperity of the country.
Saudi Arabia greets Pakistan on 77th Independence Day
Meanwhile, Saudi Embassy in Pakistan has also congratulated the people and the government of Pakistan on the 77th Independence Day.

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia enjoy strong brotherly ties in all areas namely trade, defense, military, and various other sectors. More than two million Pakistanis live in Saudi Arabia from where they remit billions of dollars annually.
Pakistan gained its independence from the British on August 14, 1947. Meanwhile, China, the United States, the United Arab Emirates and many other states also greeted Pakistan on its 77th Independence Day.
