ISLAMABAD: The 20th death anniversary of Ghazi-e-Millat, Sardar Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, the founding President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, is being observed today.
To honour the late Kashmiri leader, Quran Khawani and Fateh Khawni will take place at his Mazar in Kote Mate Khan, Rawalakot, according to state media.
Additionally, special prayers will be offered for the solidarity and integrity of Pakistan, along with the early liberation of occupied Jammu and Kashmir from India. Events and seminars are scheduled at all district headquarters of Azad Kashmir to pay tribute to the esteemed liberation leader and his significant contributions to the Kashmir freedom movement. Sardar Muhammad Ibrahim Khan passed away on this day in 2003.
