BAGHDAD: Kuwaiti Minister for Foreign Affairs Salem Abdullah al-Jaber al-Sabah will arrive in the Iraqi capital city, Baghdad, on a state visit Sunday.

Iraqi officials also confirmed the development and said that Salem Abdullah al-Jaber al-Sabah will visit Iraq on Sunday.
The spokesperson to Iraq’s Foreign Ministry, Ahmed al-Sahhaf, said on Saturday that Kuwait’s Foreign Minister will meet with Iraqi Foreign Minister, Fuad Hussein, and top level officials during his stay in Iraq. He will hold talks with the leadership of Iraq.
The talks are likely to touch upon the bilateral relations between the two neighboring nations, including unresolved border issues, and a spectrum of matters of mutual interest.
