Peshawar Zalmi thrash Quetta Gladiators in match nine
Peshawar Zalmi eased through Gladiators on Monday by successfully chasing the 155-run target set by Quetta with nine balls remaining in the ninth fixture of the PSL 8 in Karachi.
James Neesham and Rovman Powell rescued Zalmi after Gladiators’ Mohammad Hasnain bagged Mohammad Haris, Saim Ayub, and Tom Kohler-Cadmore in quick successions to create a good chance for Gladiators. The two Zalmi batters scored a match-saving 46 runs as Peshawar beat Gladiators by four wickets to claim their second win of the tournament out of three matches.
