KARACHI: Sharjeel Khan and Haider Ali are leading Karachi Kings’ comeback after losing James Vince early during their side’s clash with Islamabad United in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2023 at the National Bank Cricket Arena in Karachi on Thursday.

The duo helped the home side overcome an early setback, as they ensured Karachi’s run rate stayed up by hitting boundaries.

PSL 8 match sees James Vince’s early exit

Experienced pacer Rumman Raees announced his comeback to Islamabad United by giving his side an early breakthrough.

The left-arm pacer bowled James Vince (4) with a beautiful in-swinging delivery on the last bowl of his first over.

Earlier, Islamabad United won the toss and opted to bowl first against Karachi Kings.

The Shadab-Khan led Islamabad is playing their first match of the tournament, whereas as Karachi Kings is looking to bounce back after a defeat in their opening game at the hands of Peshawar Zalmi.
