OIC condemns Israeli forces’ violence in Palestinian territory

The General Secretariat of OIC condemned in the strongest terms the crime committed by the Israeli-occupied forces in Aqabat Jabr camp near Jericho city, resulting in the death of five Palestinian nationals and the injury of several others in addition to the imposition of a siege on the Jericho city.

The Organization held the Israeli authority fully responsible for the continuation of a premeditated killing, demolition of homes in occupied East Al-Quds, and the displacement of Palestinian residents in a flagrant violation of international law and the Geneva Conventions.

It renewed its call to the world community for urgent intervention to end these daily attacks and crimes. The organization also called for holding the perpetrators accountable and ensuring international protection for the Palestinian people.
