RIYADH: World leaders and heads of state have extended congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman on Saudi Arabia’s 96th National Day, commending the Kingdom’s leadership and expressing wishes for its continued stability, prosperity, and development.
The national occasion was observed across the Kingdom with cultural, entertainment, sporting, and community events, highlighting Saudi heritage and national identity.
Gulf Cooperation Council
Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Albudaiwi extended his highest congratulations and warmest felicitations to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, as well as to the Saudi people on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
On this occasion, the secretary-general expressed great pride in the Kingdom’s pivotal role and distinguished advancements, particularly in cementing the bonds of solidarity, cooperation, and integration among GCC member states to advance joint Gulf action, champion Arab and Islamic causes, and anchor regional security and stability.

He prayed to Allah the Almighty to safeguard the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its leadership, government, and people, and to bestow enduring security, safety, and prosperity upon the Kingdom and all GCC states and their peoples.
Kuwait
Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the occasion of Saudi National Day.
In the cable, the Kuwaiti Amir highlighted the deep-rooted fraternal ties between the two countries and their peoples. He recalled Saudi Arabia’s longstanding support for Arab and Islamic causes, as well as its sincere fraternal support for Kuwait and its people.
The Kuwaiti Amir expressed his pride in Saudi Arabia’s remarkable developmental and civilizational achievements under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, which have further enhanced its regional and international standing.

In his letters to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, he said the signing of the Strategic Mutual Defence Agreement and the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement have further strengthened the strategic dimension of the longstanding Pakistan-Saudi partnership.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince and Prime Minsiter Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and the people of Saudi Arabia on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom.

He also praised the deep-rooted history, strong fraternal ties, growing cooperation, and shared destiny that define Bahraini-Saudi relations, describing them as strengthened by the leadership of both countries.
