GAZA STRIP: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) has pumped 500,000 litres of water into the Gaza Strip as part of an urgent humanitarian response aimed at providing safe drinking water to Palestinians facing severe humanitarian needs.
The water supply operation is being carried out across the governorates of the Gaza Strip under a Saudi humanitarian campaign to support the Palestinian people and address critical shortages of essential services.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the initiative forms part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s continuing humanitarian assistance through KSrelief to help strengthen the water sector in Gaza and ease the hardships faced by Palestinian civilians.

The provision of safe drinking water is among the key humanitarian priorities in the Gaza Strip, where damage to infrastructure and disruptions to essential services have affected access to basic necessities.
KSrelief’s latest intervention is intended to support local water services and help meet the immediate needs of civilians by making additional quantities of potable water available in different parts of the territory.
The initiative reflects Saudi Arabia’s broader humanitarian efforts to provide relief and essential assistance to Palestinians in Gaza amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
